ok here it is i managed to finish the game with six challenges but when i killed that last guy i can't really remember what was his name, i failed one of the challenges which is The True theif Challenge ( i posted both pictures)

Well, from the screenshots, it was the True Thief. I bet attacking Korren counts as having an NPC witness you comitting a crime, since he's bound to be aware of the attack. :)
