Does it make sense to boost Divinition beyond Level 11?

Only if you want to be able to cast all of the spells at their max levels...

To be more precise, only if you want to cast spells in tier 2 or above to their maximum levels.

11 is enough to cast everything at spell circle 1 to its max. If you're only using magic as support, then this may be enough for you. It was for my Ranger.

Don't sell the ring, though. There are some nice tier 2 Divination spells.
