Yeh but the experience points gained doing things this way suck...Or is that just in the raptor pen at Camp Thorndike? I'll have to look into that a bit next time through. There is a minotaur in Vela I would like to do that to.

You always get 25 XP for dropping a portcullis on creatures, which is great when you drop it on a salamander, but bad for pretty much every other monster.

I was having trouble with the last goblin (the lord or something; silver), in the room with two bags and two chests. I brought him down to the original entrance, near the barrels of dynamite. I shot an arrow into the one closest to him, which set off four more, and he died from the explosions! 300 points and I never touched him!

Yep, Sisterowl, the explosives are also a cool way to kill, and you get full XP. You can use a similar technique on the hive queen, and it's fun to see how many goblins you can kill with one well placed arrow in Vela.

You can sometimes do similar stuff popping Acid Grubs at the right moment. My record was killing 6 with one arrow (I'd spent some time softening them first, admittedly).

Hold down the shift key when you put your cursor over any selectable object and the pointer changes to a sword, which means you can attack it.
