I think the game world is sort of compressed to prevent boredom.
That's logical. So for reality reasons we could scale the world by a margin of 1000.
That means that each line could be about 500*1000 = 500000 ft = 100 miles or 150 kilometers.
Actually, the distance Ravengate-Kuudad is almost 5.5 ...
