I will add a couple I like.

-The Mist in the Salty Coast region
-The glow of the Lantern at night
-The way there is a dust cloud when you open a gate in some dungeons
-The way you can use the terain to your advantage in combat

- i like the serpent venom flask which looks like those in ultima 7.
- i love the city (e.g. blackwater) by night, with all the atmospheric torches and lights and the haunting background sound fx.
- the sound fx of the pentagram teleports and the attack sfx of the carniraptors(sp?) are also great.

- The plants that will damage you if you are not carefully watching where you walk.
- Blowing yourself up with the wrong alchemy recipe. Pure awesome!
- All the different lore books.

I found an anhk amulet that looks just like the Ultima one, that was cool!

I like how you hurt yourself when bashing barrels with your bare fists.
