What does BW have against Wizards?

Also, none of the Origins are useful for INT (and thus Mages) - only one offers INT (with WIS), and none offer INT and PER together...

Then you did not see the Warlock's Hat (+3 INT, WIS and PER) or the Grand Hat of the Magus (+3 Ele, Div and +5 PER)... These are a fine addition to any mages or clerics. If I add the +3 Ring of INT's, it's easy to learn all wizard spells you need with a starter 15 INT

15+3 (necklace from librarian), +6 (2 +3 INT ring) +3 (Warlock's Hat) = 27 INT

I saw those, Noru, but again they help Divination as much as Elemental mages. I was just using a joking way to point out what I thought was an error in the equipment stats. I'm betting that the Wizard's Hat was supposed to be +2 INT just like the Druid's Hat's +2 WIS.
