Where can I buy 'Create Food' spell?

I am running around in Port Kuudad but cannot find someone selling me the scroll to create food. Can someone help me out here?

You can buy it in Eastwillow but thats rather rare.
Harpen in Everdale also sells it but you may have killed him in a quest.
The dark arts magic shop in Port Kuudad sells that spell aswell.
You just have to be lucky and/or save/load untill the person selling has that spell in offer.

The magic shop in Port Kuudad tends to sell higher level spells. Either of the first two towns are probably a better bet.

By default, yes; however, if you turned on the challenge at the start of your game that sets a one time seed, then you will have to wait for 8 days (in game day/night cycle) to see new stock.

I think I did that

I found the scroll as random loot just after finally being able to buy it around 30 game days.

If you are looking for a specific spell scroll it will never be available until you are ready to throw your computer out a window.
