Will I need the amulet(key) from Lilth?

I have killed her and gave it to the man in blackwater for $500.....Do we need the amulet for anything on later of the game?

That would be what you want her amulet for. You can't get it back now, but it's not a game-breaker. You don't really need what's in her vault, it's just nice to have.

I would say this, though - if you're a fighter, or any primarily sword-wielding character, you probably want what's in her vault!
