Problem in Whistling Cave

Odd. My char can't handle 1 thug or goblin. So I'm really surprised on entering the Whistling Cave, it's full of Thugs, Archer Goblins and Bees. How can I beat all those?

Level up Maybe. Use a bit of magic maybe. Hide in the shadows maybe. Lots of solutions to this problem..LOL
