The Drunken Lizard Pub

I'm in the end of the game. But before killing Gramuk, I would like to know if I missed anything because I have in my inventory some keys (and I don't find their respective doors )
The keys I have are the following: HEAVY KEY, THIN KEY, GOLDEN KEY, ODD KEY and FANCY KEY.
Can someone help me?

you probably bashed or picklocked these doors, or some "enemies" opened them
(like a ghost in the ossuarry, or some goblins)

I finish each time with much more keys....

It's the first time I play and I have done some thing I repend a little like killing ppl that would give me some job to do or let them die by enemy attack or simple for the fun (and experience that I would gain ) I thought I missed some entries to places because I wasted the ppl that would grant me access (behond de keys themselves). Thank for the answer ^^
