In Search of the Devine ore for Gunther in blackwater - Quest

I am standing in the cave on the touch plate next to the wall and nothing happens. What do I need to open the wall to get into the next part of the cave? a special item (weapon)? Any help wopuld be appreciated.

This has been answered a couple times, but to reiterate, a bit more light on the situation would probably help...

I got stuck at this part as well..

I followed the suggestion on the other thread. Lit all torches and step on the plate. Nothing happens.

Is there a sequence to lighting the torches? Some code maybe? I really wanna finish this quest.

Thanks One And All- Now to go steal (ah) buy a bunch of torches.

Never buy torches. Nobody minds if you take them off the walls.

If you take ones in towns they'll be replaced, too.

However, don't get more than you need, Asgard The Elder. They count towards your weight penalty, and you can't just discard them like other items: you have to use them or put them in sconces to get rid of them.
