Help for +skills quest

Hi folks,

Since this my first post I need to Thank you guys at Basilisk for this very enjoyable & well-put-together game!
Now for the part where I want something: Which is the quest that grants you the extra skill points? Is it when you get +2 skill points from drinking the pure water or is there another one I've missed? And if that's the case, is there any other consequence other than getting a tree angry with me?

Most or all of the quests give you experience points rather than skill points, Tom. Then you can choose what skill points you want to upgrade when you level up.

There are books which you can find, or sometimes buy, which will boost specific skills when you read them (each title can only be used once) and there are trainers in some towns.

i think you have missed a quest to get a good bow from the hero's tomb in the tangletree ossuary. Other than that its just experiance. You can still get the bow though if you get the code for the chest.
