• The music that plays at the beginning of the ending cinematic.
• The music that plays in Port Kuudad, the one with the female vocalist.
• The music that plays in Eastwillow when you first control your character.
• The music that plays in Broken Blade and the first level of Lorewitch Tower, the one that starts off slowly before going wild with the drums at the end.

A handful of royalty-free music tracks that were purchased for the game have license restrictions, and as such we are only allowed to use them in the game, not redistribute them. (Ref)

Above quote is for anyone that doesn't know the reason why some tracks are not on the DVD.
