I found the solution: I just need to walk on lava passage (where I found excellent spear, that will be even better if I had not had Wraithbiter already ) , there's no teleport behind blockage.

Right between two lava river there is(?) small passage which I can't walk on. Is it a bug? Or I need a powder keg?

Make a backup, people!

I think you should still use a weapon skill. Only Unarmed combat - it's a challenge.
