How is the number of rounds required to swap equipment sets determined? I've seen mine um from 1-2 to 4 and would like to get it back down

For some reason Hide in Shadow doesn't seem to be working for me. I have skill lvl 4 via ring and cloak, and I never get an icon for it--inlcuding when in total darkness in Westwillow. Am I not getting something?

I git Hexedge after killing the beetles, but I do not have cleaving and would rather have the cash, but no one has enough money to buy it off me. Am I stuck with this or is there a way to sell it?

I'd be fine with more severe effets of dehydration and starvation, but have the hunger and thirst rates reduced. This feature adds some "realism" and strategy, but it can be detrimental to game enjoyment at times.

The things that are "unknown" are often things of real value. If you don't have enough points in Lore at this time, just stash ...

Finally got to the point where I have accumulated a bunch of unknown items--and am encumbered.

I did a trial run getting Lore, but it did not help. Is it worth building that skill or best to just suck it up and pay the merchants for item identification?

I'm playing a level 8 Ranger and doing pretty well thanks to some of the tips here (e.g. pushing Dex). One problem I have is accumulating cash. Potions and even general equipment seem much higher priced than in similar RPGs, and having to buy bunches of arrows doesn't help.

Any money making ...
