I did a little testing myself, running around with a new char casting lvl.1 Firebolt. Did about 50 shots with Firebolt and didn't see Malice Damage trigger at all so I'm guessing it doesn't work with magic attacks. It should state "5% chance on physical attacks" or "non-magic attacks" in the ...

Question about Nefarious Axiom
In the description for the Nefarious Axiom it says "5% chance on any attack to deliver Malice Damage". What I wanted to know is if this triggers on magic as well as physical attacks.
